This is a fully remote position, and we have a proven track record of successful online training and onboarding for our new team members.
Your Responsibilities:
- Quickly and effectively respond to and resolve customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Assist in onboarding and educating customers throughout their journey.
- Guide customers with their technical and billing-related questions.
- Advocate for customers by addressing unique challenges and feedback.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional service.
What We're Looking For:
While previous experience is not required, a strong interest in technology and a desire to learn are essential. Our ideal candidate would possess:
- Excellent English communication skills, as our primary clients are based in the US.
- A high school diploma.
- An interest in pursuing a career in Linux or Windows system administration, or troubleshooting software issues.
- A solution-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
- A natural inclination to help others and enhance their experiences.
- A willingness to learn quickly and share knowledge as you grow within the company.
- A readiness to work shifts in your local time, with a more stable schedule assigned quarterly.
