Location: Chambersburg, Pennsylvania Type: Direct Hire Job Physician / Psychiatry / Outpatient We are seeking a qualified Psychiatrist for an immediate opening. Our client is a full-service, family-centered, primary care facility providing quality, affordable, accessible health care. This position will complete a team of 5 board-certified Psychiatrists and 7 Behavioral Health Professionals. Our Client offers the following benefits for a Psychiatrist : $225K Starting Annual Salary, based on experience Signing Bonus $25,000 Full benefits (100% paid Health & Dental) Student loan repayment for a 2-year commitment Life Insurance 21 days PTO accrued in first year, 6 Paid Holidays 5 days CMEs with $3,000 reimbursement 403(b) with up to a 4% match RVU Incentive Physician / Psychiatry / Outpatient About Us Our Client is the largest multi-disciplinary Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in the country. Physician / Psychiatry / Outpatient Job Responsibilities and Requirements As a Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for planning and implementation of the primary care service delivery to patients per health care plan and written protocols. Provide primary, secondary and tertiary care, including counseling and referral within multidisciplinary team. Additional responsibilities and requirements for the Psychiatrist role include: No Call. No Nights. No Weekends Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm Provider mix 4 child/adolescent; 5 adult; 9 LCSW; 1 PA-C Board Certified in Psychiatry Current Pennsylvania license required New Graduates will be considered J1, H1B okay Location Our Client is located within driving distance of Harrisburg, Washington DC, Philadelphia, & Baltimore The area offers a quaint downtown, nearby ski resorts, Premium Outlet shopping and a full array of attractions for outdoor and history enthusiasts.
