WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

As our Water Restoration Lead Technician, you'll be on the front lines, expertly managing projects and providing critical support. Your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Guiding clients through the initial stages of the water damage restoration process with empathy and clear communication.
  • Developing precise and effective drying strategies tailored to each unique water damage scenario.
  • Performing necessary and controlled demolition to facilitate thorough drying and prepare for restoration.
  • Skillfully deploying and diligently monitoring advanced drying and dehumidification equipment to ensure optimal results.
  • Meticulously recording all aspects of the drying process, including moisture readings, equipment placement, and progress updates.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • 5+ years of experience as a water restoration tech
  • Possess IICRC WRT, IICRC AMRT, and IICRC ASD certifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • Self-motivated personality
  • Customer-facing experience is preferred
