Field Service Engineer - Marine Drives Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving complex technical issues with marine drive systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, and drive innovation to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Field Service Engineer - Marine Drives Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and resolve complex technical issues with marine drive systems
  • Conduct site visits to diagnose and repair marine drive systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve the performance and reliability of marine drive systems
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of marine drive systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in marine drive systems
Field Service Engineer - Marine Drives Position Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or marine engineering)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in field service engineering, with a focus on marine drives and propulsion systems
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
  • Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Valid certification in electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g., CE, ME, or PE)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays, to support customers in various locations
  • Valid passport and ability to obtain necessary visas and travel permits
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
