Advantage Truck Group is Hiring Experienced Diesel Technicians Shrewsbury, MA Our Technicians Deserve the Best Benefits Advantage Truck Group (ATG), the largest DTNA dealer group in New England, is immediately hiring diesel technicians with 2 or more years of experience for 1st and 2nd shifts. Pay and More: $10,000 starting bonus ($5,000 with first paycheck, $5,000 at 90 days) $22 - $46/hour (based on experience) Monthly performance bonuses Overtime at time and a half Annual Tool & Safety Shoe Allowance Work Schedules: First Shift: 8-hour shift (6:30 am - 3:00 pm) Second Shift (Flexible schedules $5 shift differential) Four 10-Hour Shifts 2:00 pm - 12:30 am Five 8-Hour Shifts 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm Requirements At least 2 years of diesel technician experience is required Current, valid driver's license Ability to lift 50 - 100 lbs. and work in physically demanding positions (bending, kneeling, standing for long periods).
