- Ability to think quickly, problem-solve, and project confidence (even when you don't have all the answers).
- Reliable, professional, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of court documents is required.
- Paralegal experience - familiarity with Personal Injury legal proceedings is a plus
- Computer savvy + must be proficient in basic computer programs (MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel) and able to learn new software quickly.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or any CRM (or lead tracking system) is a plus.
- Able to work from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
About the role:
As a Servicing Liaison you will work as part of a team to provide and deliver accurate and timely information for our portfolio through communication with law firms, clients, and insurance companies.
What will you do:
In this role the primary responsibilities are to obtain the status of the funded cases and troubleshoot issues that arise while maintaining positive relationships with the law firm personnel. Research legal proceedings as noted on court case dockets. Provide feedback to management regarding factors that affect collection and potential impairment.
