Your Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Technician to join our team. This role involves assisting
with daily tasks related to property management and ensuring our properties maintain the high
standards our guests expect. This is a full-time position requiring flexibility, including occasional
holiday and weekend shifts.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and the
ability to manage physical tasks effectively.

Location: Park City, Utah

Job Type: Full Time, In-person

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough and skillful inspections of properties to ensure they meet our high
  standards.
• Perform general property management tasks such as shoveling snow, hauling trash, and
  basic maintenance.
• Execute and manage daily tasks assigned through Breezeway software.
• Fulfill guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager and other team members.
• Adapt to new tasks and requests from the team and guests with flexibility and a positive
  attitude.

Requirements:

• Must have a reliable vehicle capable of transporting items of varying sizes to and from
  properties.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in general maintenance tasks (e.g., changing lightbulbs, unclogging toilets,
  filling water softeners).
• Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks based on their
  importance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.
