Job Title: Mid-level Federal Technology Architect (IC2)
Location: Arlington, VA - In office 4 days a week
Security Clearance Requirement: This role will need to obtain a security clearance so candidate must be a US Citizen.
Overview:
Oracle Health is seeking a Mid-level Federal Technology Architect (IC2) to join our team. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and integrating technical solutions for Oracle Health and federal client systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering or architecture background, demonstrated ability to collaborate within and across teams, and a strong desire to learn and grow within their career.
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate existing and proposed systems to determine requirements and ensure solutions meet organizational needs.

Design and develop integration solutions between Oracle Health and federal client applications.

Create and document visual representations (e.g., diagrams, flowcharts) of system inputs, outputs, and architectures.

Partner with internal and external delivery teams to implement integration solutions within defined project scopes.

Collaborate with engineering teams, development teams, client end users, and stakeholders as appropriate.

Continuously look for opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve system efficiency.
Basic Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience (Engineering degree preferred).

2-5 years of hands-on engineering or architecture experience, including design, development, and team collaboration.

Proficiency with enterprise architecture diagramming or technical design tools (e.g., Visio, Draw.io, or related).

Experience aligning work with established enterprise and/or federal standards.

Strong communication and rapport-building skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Willingness to accept new assignments, "dive in" with limited oversight, and learn new technologies, architectures, and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in DoDAF, government, healthcare, or architecture modeling.

Proven track record of working with large-scale, distributed systems.

Demonstrated initiative to automate processes and optimize system workflows.

Responsibilities
Create and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements. Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan. Drive implementation by providing motivation and direction.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $27.07 to $54.13 per hour; from: $56,300 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
