We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will play a key role in scaling digital presence, driving customer acquisition and revenue through performance marketing and data-driven execution.
Role Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels. This role will work closely with the VP of Ecommerce, the Ecommerce team, the internal brand/product teams, and external agencies to deliver high-performing campaigns that meet both revenue and brand goals.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and creative - someone who can balance performance KPIs with brand integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day management and optimization of paid media campaigns (paid social, display, search, retargeting) for eyewear brands.
- Partner with external agencies to review, approve, and optimize creative assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with brand/product teams to align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and brand storytelling.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics across D2C channels.
- Manage campaign budgets, track spend, and report on ROI, ROAS, and other key performance metrics.
- Design and run A/B tests on ad creative, messaging, and landing pages to continuously optimize performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on campaign performance and new growth opportunities.
- Maintain a structured and efficient creative approval workflow, ensuring quality control before campaigns go live.
- Manage email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization.
- Manage affiliate marketing agency to ensure growth.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing, preferably in consumer brands, retail, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong experience in paid media management (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Display/Programmatic).
- Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong skills in creative review, brand compliance, and QA.
- Experience collaborating with external agencies and cross-functional brand/product teams.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
