Contract to Hire after 480 hours. Candidates needed on 1st and 2nd shifts (1st Shift: 7-3:00PM and 2nd Shift: 3-11:00PM). Pay rate is $21.00 per hour.
Client company will pay for IPC Certification and candidate will train immediately after starting Candidates will be trained and tested on specific industry standards for electronics assembly, soldering, wiring, or inspection.
IPC certification is highly valued in the industry; it demonstrates proven skill in electronics assembly and quality inspection, and can lead to higher pay and faster advancement opportunities.
We are seeking Quality Inspectors/Technicians to join our team in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring products meet established quality standards and customer expectations. The position involves inspecting materials, documenting findings, and completing assigned quality projects based on production needs.
This role reports to on-site leadership and does not include supervisory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections using appropriate methods, including visual checks, measurements, and functional testing.
- Record and report inspection results, noting items that pass, require repair, or are rejected.
- Follow established inspection standards, procedures, and workflow guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and on-site supervisors to clarify work instructions.
- Maintain tools and equipment at the job site.
- Adhere to all site safety policies and workplace rules.
- Participate in special projects and additional tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Abilities:
-Previous quality inspection experience required. Experience with wire harnessing or electronics strongly preferred.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to use smart devices (phones, tablets) and data entry systems.
- Basic understanding of measurement tools (tape measure, calipers, micrometers preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally (frequency depends on product type).
