Job Description:
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support larger business functions within Corporate Functions Finance.
  • This role will collaborate with cost center managers, functional leaders, and Finance Business Partners to develop annual budgets and quarterly projections, ensuring accurate financial reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Support larger business functions within Corporate Functions Finance.
  • Collaborate with cost center managers, functional leaders, and Finance Business Partners in developing annual budgets and quarterly projections, including clear documentation of assumptions and posting in SAP/Hyperion.
  • Record month-end journal entries (accruals, reclasses, charge in/outs, and prepaid amortization) for all cost centers supported.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of financial results in SAP/Hyperion.
  • nalyze financial variances for cost center actuals, projections, and budget.
  • Compile month-end balance sheet account reconciliations.
  • Support audit requests from internal and external audit.
  • Coordinate reporting and compilation of capital for Corporate Functions.
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support for cost center managers as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement projects for the group as a whole.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Analysis or Accounting.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP and Hyperion.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
