What You’ll Do
-Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified drivers to meet client needs.
-Be the go-to connection between clients and field staff, ensuring service excellence.
-Follow up on placements to keep relationships strong.
-Grow accounts by uncovering new opportunities.
-Resolve challenges for field staff with professionalism and speed.
-Handle all compliance paperwork with precision and timeliness.
-Keep communication flowing with clients, prospects, sales reps, and your team.

What We’re Looking For
-Associate degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
-Transportation recruiting or staffing experience? Huge plus
-A self-starter with the drive to win, the skill to connect, and the hustle to deliver.
