Position Details for OTR Open Deck Company Drivers

  • Annual earnings up to $105,000*
  • Average weekly pay ranging from $1,700 - $2,200
  • Mileage pay set at 81 CPM
  • Bonus opportunities along with stop pay offered
  • Regular home time every 3 weeks
  • Routes primarily in Midwestern and Southern states
  • Most loads are pre-loaded and secured for your convenience
  • Drive our modern fleet including 2024 Freightliners & Kenworths equipped with APUs and upgraded amenities
  • Responsibilities include hauling flatbed, step deck, and RGN trailers
  • No previous open deck experience necessary; training is provided

Position Details for OTR Open Deck Specialized Drivers

  • Average earnings of $1,750 per week including bonuses* (pay based on experience)
  • Willingness to stay out for 2+ weeks is required; home time varies by location
  • Travel throughout the lower 48, with a focus on the Northeast, Southeast, and East Texas
  • Drive late-model 2024 and newer Western Star trucks
  • Drivers must be able to obtain a TWIC card and be comfortable with self-loading and unloading at ports

Driver Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • A minimum of 2 years of tractor-trailer experience
  • No DUIs in the last 5 years
  • Must be at least 23 years of age
