Position OverviewWe’re looking for a skilled Auto Interior & Glass Repair Technician with at least 3 years of professional experience in automotive interior and/or glass repair.
You’ll play a vital role in restoring vehicles to their highest standard of quality, helping our dealership partners deliver showroom-ready cars to their customers.

Repair damaged cloth, leather, vinyl, and plastic surfaces in vehicle interiors

Restore and refinish dashboards, seats, consoles, headliners, and panels

Perform color matching and dyeing on fabric, leather, and trim surfaces

Repair stars, bullseyes, cracks, scratches, and combination breaks in windshields and windows

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Communicate effectively with management and dealership personnel

Document all completed repairs with accuracy and attention to detail

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in automotive interior or glass repair

Strong understanding of material types, dyes, and repair processes

Eye for color accuracy and craftsmanship

Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate standard automotive tools

Pay Range: $25 – $40 per hour (based on skill and experience)
