As a F&B Attendant, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

ABLE TO WORK AT 5:30AM IS A MUST.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
  • Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
  • Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
  • Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
  • Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
  • Clean and set up tables
  • Complete closing duties
  • Provides standard directions to be provided to guests
  • Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Must have 1 year position experience in customer service.
JOB DUTIES:
  1. Enthusiastically serves customers
  2. Assists customers in the selection and purchase of specialty coffee beverages.
  3. Maintains customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner.
  4. Demonstrates problem resolution behavior when taking care of customer needs.
  5. Maintains Quality Store Operations
  6. Prepares a variety of customer beverage orders such as espresso drinks and Coffee to Sol Café standards.
  7. Follows store policies and procedures for operational flow at each station.
  8. Responsible for any other duties as assigned.
