This is a hands-on leadership position where you will focus on recruitment for essential sites in California, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Wisconsin, ensuring our teams thrive and succeed.
This role is located in Pleasant Prairie, WI and requires travel to the California, Pennsylvania, and Texas facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Implement a hands-on recruitment strategy for Uline's distribution centers in California, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Wisconsin.
Collaborate with management to identify critical openings and create strategies for effective hiring.
Guide and develop a team of HR professionals to achieve business objectives.
Work closely with Distribution leaders to execute HR processes and programs aligned with our goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
10+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in recruitment within a distribution or warehouse environment is preferred.
Willingness to travel occasionally to Uline's California, Pennsylvania, and Texas locations.
