Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire veterinarians and support staff
- Establish and maintain medical protocols that ensure quality patient care
- Perform both routine and advanced surgical procedures
- Interpret diagnostic results with accuracy and efficiency
- Build strong, lasting client relationships through trust and communication
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- Strong skills in mentorship and surgical procedures
- Team-oriented, compassionate approach to leadership
- Ability to safely handle and lift 40+ lbs
