Shift: 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 2:00PM-10:30PM

Pay: $33-37/hr (depending on experience)

Job Description:

• Tackle mechanical, electrical, and industrial repairs on production equipment with precision.

• Keep preventative maintenance schedules on track and executed flawlessly.

• Respond quickly and effectively to reactive maintenance needs.

• Work independently, bringing initiative and ownership to every repair and task.

• Apply hands-on knowledge of single and three-phase industrial electricity and machine repair.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and maintenance systems.

• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance practices.

• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints with confidence.

• Expertise in PLC troubleshooting, electrical controls, and conveyor systems.

• Familiarity with motors, installation, and industrial maintenance.

• Skilled use of hand tools and fabrication experience.

Your Work Environment:

• Begin with 3–4 weeks of hands-on training during the day shift alongside experienced leads. (Standard shifts run 8–10 hours starting at 6:00 AM.)

• Second shift operates Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM.

• Join a close-knit maintenance team of six, where covering shifts is voluntary and teamwork drives success.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.
