Account Representative

We plan on hiring a qualified Account Representative who can manage assigned client accounts for us. You will be addressing customer concerns and get in touch with the prospects to expand their account portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Address customer queries and complaints of assigned clients
- Upsell or cross-sell products/services and approach new customers
- Collaborate with the account managers and submit reports to senior managers
- Be the prime point of contact to assign customers
- Negotiate contracts and manage all the paperwork, e.g. orders, invoices
- Follow up regularly once you have closed a deal and ensure client's satisfaction
- Respond to customer complaints and queries quickly and defuse tension
- Pass on the issues to the account managers when required
- Approach prospects via email, cold-calling etc. to meet your sales targets
- Submit reports on accounts status, sales activity, and possible issues
- BA/BSc in Business or relevant field. High School Diploma will also be considered
- Proven work experience as an Account Representative or other related job roles
- Prior work experience in customer services will prove to be an asset
- Proficient in MS Office
- Analytical mind having robust problem-solving, strong negotiation and excellent communication skills
- Confident, assertive, goal-oriented individual.
- Outstanding multi-tasking ability and excellent organizational skills.
