The Candidate Source has an opening for a Warehouse/Delivery Technician This is a direct hire opportunity with a restaurant equipment company in Richmond. As a member of the team you will play a key role in warehouse operations, deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory. If you're motivated, professional, and enjoy a hands-on role where every day is different, this could be a great fit for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and related equipment
  • Pick and stage orders accurately for customer pickup or delivery
  • Load and unload trucks while maintaining a clean, organized workspace
  • Assist with receiving, shipping, stocking, and inventory control
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
  • Support deliveries and help create a positive customer experience
  • Follow safety procedures and help identify process improvements
What We're Looking For:
  • 1-3 years of warehouse experience
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 500 lbs. with assistance)
  • Valid VA driver's license and clean driving record (CDL not required)
  • Must be 21 or older to drive company vehicles
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Forklift experience preferred
