Title: Development Manager
Location: NYC NY
Need Mandatory onsite in NYC
Duration: 3 months extendable

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a development team within Risk Technology division, ensuring efficient project delivery and technical oversight.
  • Participate in hands-on capacity in managing software teams developing solutions
  • Strong background with Java, Python, and database technologies as required.
  • Collaborate closely with the Tech leadership team to ensure alignment with business and technical goals.

Required Skillset:
  • Must Have: Strong experience in managing development teams, with a hands-on approach to leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, and various DB technologies
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days in-office at client office per week.
  • Nice to Have: Previous experience in Broker/Dealer Risk Technology is a plus

Additional Details:
  • Location: Jersey City, New Jersey office (3 days per week in-office requirement).
  • Duration: 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
  • Start Date: ASAP, with a target of late October.
