Job Summary:

Operates conventional radiology equipment to obtain clinical diagnostic images as directed by providers. Performs routine diagnostic radiology procedures according to established standard and practices. Position patients and adjusts x-ray equipment to obtain correct exposures. Performs Medical Assisting duties as necessary for the needs of the department. These duties will include, but are not limited to, rooming patients, drug screen collections, blood draws, administering injections, etc.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited program in radiologic technology.
  • ARRT certified.
  • Indiana State Board licensed or eligible. (If board eligible, must become licensed upon first opportunity).
  • Willing to work additional hours when requested by manager.
  • Willing to work weekend shifts when needed.
  • Must be CPR certified.
