Must-Have: Immunization records required for clearance from occupational health including Hep B, MMR, Varicella (vaccine series or immune titer), Flu (for current flu season), Covid documentation, TB (within 12 months), and TDAP (adult vaccine within the last 10 years).
Description:
We are creating a Float Pool of providers for open PRN shifts.
Open dates will be communicated via email once a provider is accepted.
Shift coverage consists of 12-hour shifts from 8AM to 8PM or 8PM to 8AM.
The annual emergency room volume is projected to be 15,000 visits.
The average patient volume per day is expected to be 40 by the end of year one.
Anticipated patient volume is 20 per day for the first 6 months.
Radiology services are available 24/7 including CT and X-ray (no MRI).
Lab services are also available 24/7 (no blood bank).
Surgical services are accessible.
Provider will be responsible for clocking in and out using designated timekeeping system.
Immunization records will be required for clearance from occupational health.
