The Opportunity

We're looking for a builder-operator to architect the machinery behind a high-velocity marketplace: predictable supply & demand, crisp SLAs, airtight compliance, and revenue growth with margin discipline. You'll lead Ops end-to-end while partnering tightly with Sales, Marketing, and Product to scale Blukers from strong traction to category leader.

What You'll Do

  • Own the operating system: Design and run the cadences, dashboards, and KPIs that power day-to-day execution (activation, fill rate, time-to-hire, NPS, gross margin, CAC/LTV).
  • Scale supply & demand: Orchestrate marketing and sales motions with Ops rigor-capacity planning, funnel instrumentation, and territory prioritization.
  • Make it faster & cheaper: Map processes, remove friction, automate with CRM/workflow tools, and drive continuous improvement across lead-to-activation and job-to-fill.
  • Lead a high-performing team: Recruit, mentor, and uplevel Operations, Marketing, and Sales enablement; set goals, coach performance, and celebrate wins.
  • Forecast & allocate: Own budgets, headcount plans, vendor strategy, and resource allocation to hit growth and profitability targets.
  • Partner with Product: Turn front-line insights into product requirements; pilot features, define operational SLAs, and ensure launches land cleanly.
  • Keep us compliant: Ensure marketplace and labor practices meet regulatory and company standards across markets.
  • Report what matters: Publish weekly scorecards; turn data into decisions executives can act on immediately.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven operator: 7-12+ years leading Operations in marketplace, SaaS, or tech-enabled services; you've scaled teams and revenue while improving margins.
  • Growth mindset + systems thinker: You design processes that survive success-and instrument them so they improve themselves.
  • Commercial acumen: Comfortable owning KPIs tied to pipeline, conversion, retention, NPS, and unit economics.
  • Toolbelt: Expert with CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), workflow automation (e.g., n8n, Zapier), analytics/BI; SQL familiarity a plus.
  • Leadership: Clear communicator, crisp prioritizer, excellent stakeholder management across GTM, Product, and Finance.
  • Bilingual: Fluent Spanish and English (required) to partner with customers, workers, and cross-border teams.
  • Education: BA/BS in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA a plus (not required).
How We'll Measure Success
  • 90 days: Operating cadence live; baseline dashboards for activation, fill rate, time-to-hire, and NPS; top 3 bottlenecks removed.
  • 6 months: +X% activation rate, -Y% time-to-hire, +Z pts NPS; automated lead-to-activation and job-to-fill workflows; clear quarterly planning rhythm.
  • 12 months: Durable improvements to gross margin and CAC/LTV; scalable playbooks for new markets; team hired, onboarded, and hitting targets.
