Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review complex business tax returns

Provide proactive tax planning and strategy

Research and implement tax credits for healthcare businesses

Work with healthcare and ABA therapy clients

Ensure compliance with multi-state tax requirements

Mentor junior staff and review their work

Client consultation and relationship management

Stay current on healthcare industry tax issues and credit opportunities

Support business growth and client expansion

Requirements:

Active CPA license (Florida preferred, others considered)

5+ years business tax preparation experience

AR (Accounts Receivable) proficiency required

Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred

ProConnect or similar tax software proficiency

QuickBooks Online and Canopy experience preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent client communication abilities

Multi-state tax compliance knowledge

Experience with partnership and S-Corp returns
