Job Description
Civil Design Engineer (Land Development / Municipal)

Woodbury, NJ

Salary Starting: $70,000-$90,000 (Depending on Experience)
•Responsibilities:

  • Candidates must have proven experience in storm water management and hydraulic design calculations: site grading, sanitary & storm sewers: PA DEP and PENNDOT permitting
  • All candidates must be competent in AutoCAD: have good technical writing skills: the ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong emphasis, on the ability to respond with professionalism, to specific issues with clients, and/or between landowners, builders, developers, and municipalities, is also a must
Requirements
  • Must have storm environmental or water and sewer engineering background
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in civil design with a BSCE (or higher), and an EIT certification
  • Plan to acquire PA PE license a MUST
  • 2 years minimum relative field experience in storm water management
  • Strong knowledge of land surveying laws, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration
