The Role: Strategic Autonomy and High-Impact Consulting

This is a high-leverage, consultative sales role built on strategic relationship management. You are empowered to operate with significant autonomy, focusing on C-suite and executive-level conversations. Your daily work involves deep-dive consultations with business leaders in the Salt Lake-Lehi area, diagnosing systemic inefficiencies, and architecting the application of AI to drive measurable ROI. You are a business architect, a strategic interviewer, and a trusted partner. You identify the critical pain points and lead the engagement, with our technical team providing seamless execution.

This is a partnership model, not a transactional one. We seek to establish enduring, high-value relationships built on mutual respect and proven results.

A Day in the Life of a Strategist

  • Morning: You focus on high-value outreach, scheduling 5+ strategic conversations with key decision-makers. You publish thought leadership on LinkedIn, solidifying your reputation as the definitive AI strategy expert in the Silicon Slopes.
  • Afternoon: You facilitate a private executive roundtable or a focused consultation with a major prospect, utilizing your expertise to map their business objectives to our AI capabilities.
  • Evening: You host a private, invitation-only AI Strategy Briefing for a select group of business leaders, cultivating a loyal, high-quality pipeline.

What We Require

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a track record of success in consultative B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or high-level business development. You possess:

  • Deep Business Acumen: The ability to quickly understand a business model, identify strategic gaps, and articulate a clear path to value.
  • Executive Presence: The confidence and credibility to engage and advise C-level executives.
  • A Consultative Mindset: A natural curiosity and a drive to solve complex problems, not just sell a product.
  • Strategic Interest in AI: A clear understanding of the current AI landscape and a commitment to continuous mastery in the field.

The Partnership: Compensation and Support

  • High-Leverage Earning Potential: After a brief, mutually agreed-upon transition period, you move to a straight commission model designed for maximum earning potential. This includes 50% commission on upfront projects (average $10k, so $5k commission) and 25% recurring commission on monthly retainers, providing a path to a significant, predictable income stream.
