Epicor CMS Systems Analyst

Location: Sterling Heights / On-site (multiple surrounding locations)

Overview:

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and hands-on Epicor CMS Systems Analyst to join their team. This individual will support and optimize the Epicor CMS ERP environment across production, inventory, and business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong ERP and manufacturing experience and a proactive approach to systems improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support and troubleshooting within the Epicor CMS ERP system
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ERP solutions
  • Analyze and optimize business processes in manufacturing, inventory control, and finance
  • Develop custom reports and documentation to support business needs
  • Manage system configuration, data integrity, and training for end-users
  • Participate in ERP upgrades, patches, and testing initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience with Epicor CMS in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Solid understanding of business operations: production planning, inventory, finance, and supply chain
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience with report writing and ERP customization
  • Familiarity with SQL, EDI, and system integrations is a plus
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting shop floor systems, barcode scanning, or MES integrations
  • Past involvement in ERP implementations or system migrations
  • Automotive industry experience is a bonus
