Job Description
Responsibilities Construction Project Manager - Modernization
- Manage construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress and status.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Project Manager - Modernization in Los Angeles should have:
