Your Role as an Assistant Education Director:

We seek enthusiastic leaders like YOU, who are dedicated to fostering an environment where children thrive. As the Assistant Education Director, you will work closely with the Director to promote cooperation and respect among staff, parents, and children. Driven by a commitment to excellence, you’ll lead educators, prioritize safety, and support enrollment growth through engaging activities and interactions.

You May Be the Ideal Candidate if You:

  • Are at least 18 years old, successfully pass a background check, possess a high school diploma or GED, and have 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare center (a background in Early Childhood Education is a plus).
  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities.
  • Display genuine empathy and understanding of children’s developmental needs.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Show flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and enhance experiences.
  • Are capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
