Job Description:
Looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to design and oversee the technical architecture of the Amazon Connect deployment, ensuring seamless migration from Genesys Engage. The role involves integrating banking systems, developing scalable solutions, and ensuring security and compliance.
Analyze existing Genesys workflows and infrastructure
• Design Amazon Connect architecture (IVR, routing, integrations)
• Develop migration strategies and technical documentation
• Collaborate with DevOps and security teams
• Use tools: AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, VPC), architecture diagramming tools
Skills: AWS, Genesys, system design, security, banking standards

Tech Stack & Tools:
AWS Services: Amazon Connect, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, KMS, VPC
Integration Tools: MuleSoft, or Custom APIs
Architecture & Diagramming: AWS Architecture Diagrams, Lucidchart, Visio

Qualifications:
• Extensive experience with contact center solutions, AWS cloud architecture, and Genesys Engage migration projects.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and banking standards.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
