  • Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and IT teams to optimize health information systems
  • Support and assist with the implementation, testing, and training of clinical applications and EHR upgrades
  • Analyze workflows and recommend system enhancements to improve clinical efficiency and patient outcomes
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clinical systems
  • Act as a super-user or subject matter expert for clinical IT tools
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct nursing experience (required)

  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare documentation standards
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
