Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Comprehensive Searches from the initial client meeting to securing placements.
  • Act as a Trusted Partner, empathetically addressing clients' hiring challenges and cultural nuances.
  • Strategically Source Talent utilizing our advanced CRM/ATS alongside your existing network and communication tools.
  • Utilize Our Resourceful Platform to systematize candidate management, oversee outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
  • Focus on Permanent Placements that offer lasting value for clients while translating into rewarding commissions for you.
  • Contribute to Our Thought Leadership as we work on strengthening our brand - and yours simultaneously.
