Job Description:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) cares for patients who are critically ill but stable enough to not require intensive care. They monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage complex health conditions. PCU RNs work closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver continuous assessment and timely interventions. They also educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery.
