We are hiring an Enterprise Architect / Solution Executive for our Client Growth team, with a focus on strategic, large-scale opportunities exceeding $50 million. This position offers remote work flexibility from your home office in the US, with occasional travel to meet clients as necessary.

As an Enterprise Architect (also known as Solution Executive), you will spearhead complex, transformational solutions tailored for our clients, using your broad skills across functional and technical domains. Your expertise in digital transformation, particularly in Cloud, Data, and AI, will play a pivotal role in shaping multi-tower solutions. You will be the primary leader in these pursuits, formulating win strategies and orchestrating solution designs that leverage NTT DATA's extensive capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with technology and business leaders at customer organizations to understand their challenges and needs.
  • Lead both in-person and virtual solution design workshops that bring together customers and internal teams.
  • Contribute to the creation of win strategies and define solution strategies during pursuits.
  • Oversee the design and orchestration of solutions across NTT, partners, and client organizations.
  • Serve as the technical sponsor for solutions within NTT and with client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with practitioners and subject matter experts across different business units to design and deliver comprehensive solutions that address client objectives.
  • Utilize the One NTT delivery framework to ensure high-quality and consistent delivery of solutions across the organization.
  • Communicate the solution vision, scope, and value proposition clearly to customers, sales, delivery teams, and all stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and other artifacts that illustrate the value and unique offerings of the NTT Group.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and innovations in enterprise architecture, leveraging this knowledge to craft competitive solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 12 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or consulting roles, ideally within the IT services sector.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience delivering solutions for the SLED (State, Local & Education) sector.
  • Proficiency in developing solutions with a total contract value exceeding $50 million.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (4 additional years of work experience may substitute).

Preferred Skills:

  • Demonstrated success in designing and delivering complex, cross-domain solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Robust knowledge and hands-on experience across various technology domains, including cloud, data, security, network, infrastructure, and applications.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, able to clearly articulate complex ideas.
  • Adept at working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related domains are a plus.
