- Leading a multi-disciplinary engineering team focused on machining, process, and tooling excellence.
- Overseeing CNC operations, tooling optimization, and complex machining processes.
- Providing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and process improvements to maximize uptime and quality.
- Driving new product introductions from concept to production.
- Managing capital projects and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Standardizing engineering processes, implementing best practices, and supporting Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
- Partnering with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and superior results.
- 10+ years of engineering leadership experience in machining-intensive or precision manufacturing environments.
- Deep knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, process optimization, and automation.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, improve processes, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methods is a plus.
- Strong communicator, collaborator, and problem solver.
