Job Description
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business goals in the FMCG sector.
  • Oversee procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and supplier reliability.
  • Manage logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
  • Optimize inventory management to balance supply and demand effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align supply chain functions with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor the supply chain team to foster professional growth and high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director of Supply Chain Operations should have:
  • Strong expertise in supply chain management within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory management practices.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and drive improvements.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
This role is onsite M-F in Culver City.
