Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level Communications Assistant, you will support our communications efforts by assisting with content creation, social media management, event planning, and various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Create and edit content for various channels including social media, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, including logistics coordination and promotion.
  • Research industry trends and audience preferences to inform communication efforts.
  • Help maintain the organization's social media presence and engage with followers effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas for content and communications initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with content management systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
