Required Qualifications:
• Technical expertise: Deep knowledge and demonstrated experience with IBM i
(AS/400) systems, including LPARs, IFS, DB2/SQL, MQ, partitioning, and core
middleware
• Performance analysis: Ability to analyze and optimize performance using IBM
Performance tools (Job Watcher, SQL Performance tools, Client ...) to aid in software
development lifecycles within IBM i ecosystems.
• DevOps & automation: Experience implementing DevOps pipelines, CI/CD
automation, MDCMS version control and infrastructure as code in midrange
environments.
• Transformation leadership and stakeholder communication
o Proven success driving major IT transformation initiatives, with a focus on
stakeholder buy-in and organizational change.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence technical and non[1]technical stakeholders.
• Industry knowledge: Familiarity with emerging trends in midrange computing, cloud
integration, and developer productivity tools
