HR Business Partner

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an HR Business Partner for a respected and forward-thinking organization in Tampa, FL. This is an onsite role supporting a dynamic HR function in a growing company environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic HR resource, supporting employees and leaders across the organization and ensuring alignment with company culture and values. This role manages day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, onboarding, performance, and internal HR coordination with sensitivity and professionalism. The ideal professional thrives in a trusted advisory capacity and enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as primary HR point of contact for staff, providing coaching, guidance, and employee relations support
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent planning initiatives
• Assist with performance management, development planning, and feedback processes
• Ensure compliance with policies and labor standards while maintaining accurate HR documentation
• Collaborate across HR functions including Payroll, Benefits, Training, and Talent Acquisition
• Support culture-building, HR data analysis, and engagement initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and employee relations practices
• Experience with HRIS and tools such as Tikit, Canva, Jotform, DocuSign, Tenthstreet, Accusource, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and emotional intelligence
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a growing, evolving HR department with competing priorities

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This role offers an annual salary between $68K-$75K, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development and internal growth.
