We’re looking for candidates who possess:

  • 3 years of experience in retail or customer service management, or

  • 4+ years of service in the U.S. Military

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-oriented environment

  • Strong leadership abilities, with a talent for coaching and mentoring team members

  • A minimum of a High School diploma or GED

Additional Requirements:

  • Legal documentation proving your identity and eligibility to work in the U.S.

  • Availability to work full-time, including variable hours, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
