Join our dynamic team as a Senior Residential Clinician and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals battling substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. As a key leader in our inpatient residential program for men in the New Britain area, you will provide clinical oversight, supervise dedicated staff, and ensure the highest quality of care. Required Skills:
- Master's Degree in a clinical field (e.g., Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling)
- Valid licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
- At least five years of clinical experience working with psychiatric and co-occurring substance use disorders
- Proven supervisory experience in a mental health or substance use setting
- Strong knowledge of substance use disorders, mental health treatment modalities, and recovery-oriented care
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for work-related travel
- Experience with inpatient or residential treatment programs
- Familiarity with compliance standards from DMHAS, CARF, DSS, and DPH
- Additional certifications in trauma-informed care or specialized substance use treatment
- Master's Degree in a relevant clinical field
- Minimum of five years of relevant clinical experience, including supervisory roles in behavioral health settings
- Ability to maintain and provide proof of valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Willingness to collaborate with medical professionals and oversee program compliance
- Ability to organize and facilitate clinical meetings and documentation
