Key Responsibilities:

  • Author user stories and manage backlog prioritization to align with business goals.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather and clarify business needs and translate them into product requirements.
  • Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives, daily stand-ups).
  • Evaluate marketplace trends to guide build vs. buy decisions within the product domain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the product vision supports the organization's strategic direction.
  • Document, educate, and promote Agile methodologies to drive adoption across teams and departments.
Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Agile Practitioner.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
  • Ability to create clear, concise user stories and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps).
  • Background in digital transformation or data governance (DG) initiatives.
  • Product Management certification (CSPO, SAFe POPM) preferred.
