Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI is seeking a skilled and experience CT Technologist to join the team as an CT ADVANCED IMAGING TECHNOLOGIST

• Work under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, performs quality diagnostic CT scans.

• The CT Technologist will have an above average knowledge of CT equipment.

• Complies with performance measures and/or activities to assure patient/customer satisfaction results, clinical quality benchmarks, and operational financial targets are constantly maintained.

• Complies with and participates in maintaining an environment which supports our philosophy and values.

• Operate Vitrea 3D machine

HOURS: 1.0 FTE/80 hours every two weeks working primarily day shift hours (some flexibility to cover "off" shifts may be required) along with weekend rotation

Experience/Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Radiography

• Previous experience in CT scanning and cross-sectional anatomy

• ARRT (R) and (CT)

• Vitrea experience is required

• State of Wisconsin Licensed Radiographer license

• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire

• Interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients who may be under physical and/or emotional stress, and to acquire and effectively utilize knowledge of computerized tomography techniques and methods, and knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy in order to obtain quality images.
