A Day in the Life...

You will be instrumental in helping clients make informed decisions about their lives, careers, and finances, thereby building lasting relationships that grow stronger each year.

  • Additional coursework in math, accounting, or finance

Your Contributions to the Team...

  • Assist in beginning tax interviews by entering client and W-2 information into our tax software.
  • Help finalize the tax interview by assembling the return, gathering signatures, reviewing the completed product with clients, and executing bookkeeping procedures.
  • Ensure every H&R Block client receives exceptional service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reading and math skills required to complete the tax return interview
  • Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Experience with Windows-based computer programs
  • Additional state and local requirements may apply
