SailPoint Architect - Fairfax, VA (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 months

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-wide Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint IdentityNow.
  • Architect and design end-to-end SailPoint-based Identity Governance solutions.
  • Lead and oversee the implementation, customization, and integration of SailPoint with enterprise systems like Active Directory, Workday, and SAP.
  • Define and enforce IAM architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to align with enterprise IT strategy.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to SailPoint developers and IAM engineers.
  • Design role-based (RBAC) and attribute-based (ABAC) access control models.
  • Develop integration strategies using REST, SCIM, JDBC, or other connectors.
  • Drive automation initiatives for identity lifecycle management and access policy enforcement.
  • Conduct performance optimization, troubleshooting, and architecture reviews.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation and security models.
  • Participate in compliance and audit reviews by providing detailed access reports.
  • Stay current with SailPoint product updates and emerging security technologies.
