- Provide day-to-day leadership and strategic vision for large, complex, integrated projects/programs.
- Provide clear and attainable project plans and work tasks across multiple projects.
- Create and manage project constraints of scope, time, cost, and risk across multiple projects.
- Develop and foster effective communications among all stakeholders across multiple projects.
- Conduct feasibility reviews of potential new services and contributing partners.
- Manage project changes, as required.
- Ensure business objectives are met.
- Five (5) years of Project Management experience.
- One (1) year of experience using remote collaboration tools such as: Microsoft Teams, Skype, SharePoint, etc.
- Four (4) years of direct experience as a senior/lead manager in multiple project areas.
- Project Management certification, such as: PMP, CAPM, or PMI-ACP.
- Experience with all aspects of the Project Management Office (PMO) lifecycle, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Product Management Lifecycle (PML).
- Experience with different project methodologies, such as Waterfall, Agile, etc.
- Strong organizational and communication skills. Must have experience with conflict management.
- Must have working knowledge of risk management and change management process.
- Ability to effectively facilitate, lead, and communicate across the organization (IT and business), with teams and senior management.
- Some positions may need to be local. There may be times where being in the Minnesota office is required.
