About the Unit:

  • Opening February 2026

  • Provides inpatient-level care with ED-style charting

  • Offers both variety and consistency — no two days are the same, but teamwork keeps the environment steady and collaborative

  • A true team-based culture where everyone supports one another and flexes to meet patient needs

  • When census is low, CNAs may float to other inpatient or COH units

Qualifications:

  • Current CNA certification in the appropriate state required

  • No experience required — new graduates and those early in their careers are encouraged to apply

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.

  • Experience:

  • One year of relevant experience, preferred.

  • Assisted Living facilities only: one year of experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required.

  • Licensure/Certification:

  • Completion of NAI program, required.

  • Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.

  • Medication Safety - AME, required.

  • NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.

  • Additional Skills Preferred: Basic computer skills for documentation.
