Nature of Work:
The Program Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of the individual CAST site, including property management, staff needs, scheduling and staff oversight. The Site Coordinator is responsible for all personnel functions such as hiring, training, development and scheduling of staff. The Site Coordinator is responsible for maintaining compliance with all pertinent regulations, policies and procedures and agency philosophy. The Site Coordinator will also maintain a clinical load at CAST, providing psychotherapy, which includes assessment and treatment planning (goal is to schedule 30-35 clients per week).
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work or in Mental Health Counseling from a program approved by NYS Education Department is required, with a NYSED professional license as a LMSW, LCSW or LMHC. An LMSW is required, but an LCSW is preferred.
