Role Summary

We are seeking a Delivery Lead / Service Delivery Manager with a strong Java delivery background to manage end-to-end delivery of Java-based resources and engagements. The role focuses on resource delivery, client management, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of Java/J2EE resources and projects
  • Lead and manage Java development teams and resource pools
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, timelines, quality, and utilization
  • Act as primary client contact and handle delivery escalations
  • Coordinate with recruitment for timely onboarding of Java resources
  • Track delivery metrics, risks, and continuous improvement
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong background in Java, Spring, Microservices
  • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager / Service Delivery Manager
  • Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in IT services or staffing delivery models preferred
